Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what the Agentsable application for Discord (the “Service”) collects, why, and who it is shared with. It applies to everyone who interacts with the Service.

1.What we collect

Data	Why
Discord user ID, username, display name	To identify who sent a request and address the reply correctly.
Server (guild) ID, channel ID	To scope conversation context and apply per-server settings.
Message content directed at the Service	To generate a response. This is the substantive input to the AI model.
Conversation history within a session	To keep replies coherent across a conversation.
Attachments you send to the Service	Processed only when needed to answer the request.
Operational logs (timestamps, errors, request metadata)	Reliability, debugging, and abuse prevention.

The Service reads messages that are directed at it — mentions, commands, replies, and direct messages. It is not designed to collect or retain unrelated conversation in channels where it is present.

We do not collect payment details, government identifiers, or Discord passwords. We never receive your Discord credentials.

2.How we use it

To operate the Service and generate responses to your requests.
To maintain conversational context within a session.
To diagnose faults, monitor reliability, and investigate abuse.
To enforce the Terms of Service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your message content to train our own models.

3.AI providers who process your content

To generate a response, the Service transmits your message content — and relevant conversation context — to one or more third-party AI providers. Depending on the model in use, these are:

Please note: OpenRouter forwards requests to further downstream providers, which vary by the model selected. Content you send to the Service may therefore be processed by providers beyond those named above. Do not send secrets, credentials, or sensitive personal information to the Service.

The Service also necessarily transmits data through Discord, which operates under its own privacy policy.

4.Storage and retention

Conversation state and session data are stored on infrastructure controlled by the operator.
Operational logs are retained only as long as needed for debugging and abuse investigation, then deleted or rotated.
Data held by third-party AI providers is retained according to their policies, which we do not control.

5.Sharing

We share data only with the AI providers listed in section 3, with Discord as the delivery platform, and where disclosure is required by law or necessary to investigate abuse or protect someone’s safety. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.

6.Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, contact privacy@agentsable.com from or referencing the relevant Discord account. You can also stop all collection immediately by removing the Service from your server or ceasing to interact with it.

7.Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child under 13 has provided data to the Service, contact us and we will delete it.

8.Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.Changes

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision; material changes will be reflected there.
