Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Agentsable application for Discord (the “Service”), operated by Agentsable (“we”, “us”). By adding the Service to a Discord server, or by interacting with it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.The Service

The Service is an application for Discord that responds to messages directed at it and provides AI-assisted replies and related automation. It operates inside Discord servers and direct messages where it has been installed and granted permission.

2.Eligibility

You must meet Discord’s own minimum age requirement for your country, and be at least 13 years old.
You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times. These Terms are in addition to, not a replacement for, Discord’s.
If you add the Service to a server, you confirm you have permission from that server’s owner or administrators to do so.

3.Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

break any applicable law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
generate or distribute content that is harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that encourages violence or self-harm;
attempt to extract credentials, bypass access controls, or reach data belonging to other users or servers;
send automated or bulk requests designed to overload or disrupt the Service;
misrepresent AI-generated output as human-authored where that would deceive someone to their detriment.

4.AI-generated content

Responses are produced by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Do not rely on them as professional advice — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise. You are responsible for reviewing output before you act on it or share it.

We do not claim ownership of the content you submit. Subject to the terms of the underlying model providers, we make no ownership claim over output generated in response to your input.

5.Third-party services

The Service depends on Discord and on third-party AI providers. Your content is transmitted to those providers in order to generate a response — see the Privacy Policy for who they are and what is sent. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third parties.

6.Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee any level of uptime, and we may impose usage limits.

7.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service — whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing it from your server or blocking it. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user or server, at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Sections 4, 7, and 9 survive termination.

9.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
